AN ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY APPROACH TO COACHING
My coaching work draws on more than two decades of experience across organizational psychology, executive coaching, health and behavior-change coaching, resilience, human performance, and professional development. This background allows us to consider both the individual and the broader workplace context—creating coaching that is practical, whole-person, and grounded in the realities of work and life.
Employee coaching is non-clinical and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or other clinical care. If needs arise that fall outside the scope of coaching, appropriate resources or referrals will be recommended.
Engaging, Relevant, and Actually Useful
DESIGNED FOR REAL PEOPLE—AND REAL WORK EXPERIENCES
Virtual makes it possible.
Bring meaningful professional development to employees wherever they work—without the travel, logistics, or expense of an onsite program.
But convenience alone isn’t enough.
My sessions are designed to be engaging, conversational, and highly relevant to the people in the room.
The real impact.
I use relatable examples, discussion, reflection, scenarios, and practical application to help participants connect psychological concepts to their own experiences at work and beyond.

VIRTUAL LEARNING ISN’T THE CHALLENGE. ENGAGEMENT IS.
Virtual learning offers organizations a flexible, accessible way to bring professional development to employees wherever they work—without the travel, scheduling, and logistical demands of traditional onsite training. It can make learning easier to offer across locations, roles, and teams while creating more opportunities for employees to participate in development throughout the year.
But accessibility alone doesn’t make learning effective. Simply moving learning online doesn’t make it engaging.
That’s why my sessions are intentionally designed around conversation, relevant examples, reflection, realistic scenarios, and opportunities to participate—not passive, slide-heavy webinars. The goal is to preserve the convenience and accessibility of virtual learning while creating an experience that still feels personal, engaging, and genuinely useful.
